After clicking “Continue” a webpage will open requesting your network sign in. Use your email and password. Upon entering credentials you should receive a DUO prompt. When successfully authenticated you should see a page similar to the one below:

Navigate back to the Banyan App and select the appropriate type from the dropdown:

• Corporate dedicated - EWW device
• Employee Owned - Personal device (Laptop, phone, etc)
• Corporate shared - Shared device (iPad, tablet, etc that multiple users sign into)
• Other - Most likely not used unless instructed

After selecting your device type you will be brought to the main Home Page:

Press the circle power button in the middle to establish your connection. You may be prompted to authenticate once again. From the time you authenticate you will remain connected for the next 8 hours unless you manually disconnect by pressing the power button again.

Depending on device and configuration, you may receive a prompt stating that Banyan would like to install a certificate. If this populates you can click “Yes” or “Trust”.
